Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

Within the HQ Administration organization, we are looking for a Purchase to Pay Focal Point who will be responsible for the following activities for the Italian Holding Entities:

  • Verification of all the invoices registered by the Business Process Outsourcer (BPO);
  • Coordination of all the processes related to the passive cycle, starting from the purchase order to the payment of supplier invoices;
  • Weekly analysis of the invoices in the registration queue and setting up of specific activities aimed at quickly resolving delays in their registration;
  • Monthly verification of intercompany reconciliations;
  • Periodic updating of the organizational matrix (necessary for the management of the invoices' registration flows);
  • Coordination and proposal of weekly payments and monthly analysis of NFP
  • Active participation in the development and continuous improvement of the processes and policies of the administrative function.

Problem solving and proactive attitude;- Precision and attention to details- Strong communication skills, attitude to teamwork and interpersonal skills: this is a position of individual contributor, but with frequent contact and coordination with external providers/consultants


Key Requirements- More than 5 years' experience- Diploma or degree in Economics- English knowledge- SAP system knowledge is appreciated- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular excel- The previous experience in an accounting firm with autonomous management of accounting and tax processes of modernly organized realities will be considered a plus.
