    ZTE is looking for an IT Intern to join the IT Department in Rome. The selected candidate will support the IT team, particularly in help desk activities.

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • IT Helpdesk: PC system and software maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • IT Network Support: Office network and site-to-site maintenance, configuration, and connectivity.
    • IT Administration Support: Installing and configuring client PCs and servers.
    • IT Security: Ensuring compliance with ZTE corporate policies and both national and international standards.
    • IT Procurement Support: Internet access, telephone systems, servers, clients, IT materials, and networking equipment.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • University Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
    • Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level B2).
    • Basic knowledge of help desk activities.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft platforms.
    • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress) is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of Linux platforms (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, etc.) is a plus.
    • Proactive and self-motivated.
    • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Strong sense of order and the ability to work with a task-oriented mindset.
    • Capable of proposing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
