We are looking for a Assembly Production Engineer and Data Analyst, directly reporting to the Assembly and Machining Engineering GrL.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Process Planning activities
• Lines failure cost & Productivity improvement and monitoring
• Data Science and I4.0 Projects
• Increase process performance using advance machine learning and deep learning algorithm
• Cycle time monitoring and reduction
• OEE monitoring, analysis and improvement
• Support for designing of new lines and process improvement of existing lines- Updating and creation of all process related documents (FMEA, CP, QAM etc)
• Customer complaints coordination
• Coordination for audits
• Review of process map and gap analysis

The ideal candidate is a Mechanical Engineer or similar, with 1-3 years-experience in Manufacturing,interested in developing a working experience within complex manufacturing organizations in an international environment, preferably in the automotive market.

The suitable candidate is a goal-oriented person and has a good leadership, is a problem solver with readiness of mind and excellent analytical skills.

Both fluent English and Italian are required.

Research opened to both genres applications, according to Italian Law D.Lgs. 198/2006.
