Customer Success Agronomist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Agronomist to join our team at Greentriangle. As a key member of our agronomy department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for agricultural experts across Italy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for agricultural experts on the use of our mobile application.
• Accompany agricultural experts in the field to provide hands-on support and guidance.
• Maintain access control, update databases, and perform translations as needed.

You will be responsible for monitoring expert network activity, ensuring data quality, and participating in the collection of field observations. Additionally, you may participate in international agriculture-related projects based on your language skills and aptitude for data management. These projects may include risk management strategies related to climate change or carbon credits research initiatives.
