Il ruolo é all'interno del Team HR con focus sulle attività di Compensation & Benefit locali e di Gruppo AXA Partners.

La missione principale è gestire le attività di C&B, collaborando con le diverse funzioni HR, seguendo le linee guida di gruppo AXA Partners.

Principali attività:

Grading (WTW)
Salary review con piano budget e report di Gruppo (Geo clearance)
Bonus plan, conteggi e definizione rendicontazione (Aspi e Bonus)
Piani di azioni AXA (LTI, Shareplan)
Referente del team HR Italy per l'attività C&B (sia Locale che di Gruppo)
Supervisione e gestione Benefit Locali (welfare, polizze sanitarie, polizze infortuni, polizze vita, ticket restaurant, prestiti aziendali )
Supporto alla gestione di progetti che coinvolgono le Risorse Umane
Supporto all' esecuzione di attività HR
