About this role:

As our H&S Specialist, you will support the implementation of guidelines according to the Italian legislation.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive health and safety programs, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and nearmisses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and work practices to identify areas for improvement and compliance.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans, and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
Prepare and present regular reports on safety performance, trends, and recommendations to management.

What will you bring to the table?

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
2/3 years of experience in health and safety roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
Proficiency in Google Suite
Any Knowledge of local and national health and safety regulations would be a plus
