Investment Banking Analyst Role

At TechCredit Partners, we are seeking a high-calibre Investment Banking Analyst to join our core execution team.

This is not a back-office support role. You will work directly on live mandates, engaging with founders and private credit funds across complex transactions.

• Prepare institutional-quality lender materials (teasers, IMs, debt decks)
• Structure clear and compelling credit narratives
• Develop financial models and conduct leverage analysis

You will take ownership of these key tasks from day one.We expect analytical rigour, structured thinking,&an ownership mindset.
We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years' experience in Investment Banking or related field.Strong financial modelling capability,
Advanced proficiency in Excel, "PowerPoint"
,Experience preparing deal materials AND knowledge of debt structures &credit metrics
,meticulous attention to detail &strong work ethic& High drive &iintellectual curiosity Required Skills include:
