This role is part of the Laboratory team responsible for testing and certification of ABB low voltage products in the field of DIN-Rail, Wiring Accessories, and Building Automation.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Laboratory Technician/Product Test Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will contribute to the update and enhancement of the Laboratory's Quality System, assist senior technicians in creating and updating test cases, and support the review and validation of test reports.

The position also involves executing functional tests on our products/systems, contributing to the definition and trial of new Laboratory management tools/systems, and supporting the creation of test plans and test procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Master/Bachelor degree (3/5 years) in Management, Computer, Electronic, Electrical, Physical, or Automation engineering
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Effective at working independently and in a team setting
Interest in science and technology supported by a strong technical background
Full fluency in Italian (C2 level) and very good English knowledge (at least B2 level)
Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office
