QSE Manager GaglianicoThe plant QSE Manager has to grant the development and the implementation of proper Quality,Safety & Environment guidelines and processes for the Plant in alignment with Legal and CCHBC requirements, and to grant the successfully achievement and maintaining of ISO, , certifications and KORE requirements.

The QSE Manager will be also responsible for implementing and improving quality processes at the plantlevel in accordance with internal, applicable legal/regulatory and international standards requirements, and to support the continuous improvement and delivering of the QS&E performances & culture.

Key Responsibilities Achievement and maintaining the ISO and certifications and KORE requirement, as a second step. Support the continuous improvement of QS&E culture. Support the Plant Manager and Production Manager for all QS&E technical items from the plantopening to the normalization phase. Support plant and other functions to identify & plan financial resources for QS&E activities.

Lead and define aproactive quality management approach, process capability excellence, plasticsafety management across the plant Working with operating staff at Country and Corporate level to establish/update procedures, standards and systems and supplying the proper feedback.

Line and processes validations based on the internal group guidelines.

To lead QS&E continuous culture improvement (Quality standards, LTA reduction & EnvironmentalKIs target successfully hit).Technical Skills Required Minimum 5 years of relevant Quality and Safety & Environment experience.

Quality experience is MANDATORY. University Degree (Chemical Engineering or similar).

Experiences in structured companies with plastic packaging production as core business will beconsidered as a plus, as well as for Chemical products.

Proficient in Quality systems management:
ISO ,. Good knowledge of Manufacturing and Maintenance processes. Strong leadership and experience with change management. Strong influencing skills. Learning Agility. Problem solving skills. Experience with contractors management. Fluent English knowledge.
