about the role:
Electrolux is going through an extensive change in the way we work and develop our solutions.

As Software is playing an increasingly greater role in enabling digital consumer experience, we are becoming more consumer-focused and agile, faster to respond to market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities.

As such, we are building the Group Digital Organization and looking for a passionate Software Engineer IoT Base Services to help us deliver highly scalable services and world-class product experiences for our connected appliances.

This is a technical role and will report to the IoT Connectivity Base Service Lead and will contribute, as part of our integrated cross-functional team, to the design, implementation and delivery of Connectivity Base Services for IoT devices e.g.

Firmware Over The Air, Onboarding services.

What you'll do:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field;
Knowledge full stack software technologies and some experience in developing solutions is a plus.
Knowledge in the use of version control | source code management tools, such as Git, Understanding of Git Flow and CI|CD methodology is a plus
Knowledge of Javascript React, jQuery, Typescript
Knowledge of presentation layer frameworks to collaborate with frontend developers
Understanding of the Java Spring Framework is a plus
Understanding of Database technologies ? RDBMS and NoSQL
Understanding of basic cloud Technologies PAAS|IAAS AWS, Azure, etc,
Kubernetes is a plus Where you'll be:
