THE ROLE


This position requires a dynamic, competitive, hard working multi-lingual sales leader with a successful track record in professional sports and/or large scale multi-national events.

This position represents one of the key functions responsible for helping the organization meet its financial goals while delivering the highest levels of customer service to corporate clients and premium package buyers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILTIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish, and lead On Location's Milan sales organization to launch and execute a successful Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics corporate and premium sales effort.
  • Build, managing and motivate a team of 6 to 8 sales people.
  • Propose and implement the sales strategy for corporate clients and premium buyers in the Italian market.
  • Sell ticket/hospitality packages for Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
  • Build effective business relationships with Corporations and Premium clients throughout Italy to maintain a solid pipeline of business and prospects.
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Ensure Salesforce reporting is 100% accurate and can be used for any internal reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate effectively with On Location departments in the United States.
Travel


Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.

International travel may be required throughout the year, including extended periods of remote work within local offices within host cities.

This position may require some travel to European territories and to the United States. A valid passport is mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Diplôme Universitaire)
  • 10 years+ Sales and Management Experience in sports or hospitality.
  • Fluency in Italian and English Required.

Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong Communication, Presentation and Written Skills.
  • Established relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Sales Force CRM expertise and Excel, Powerpoint.
