We are looking for a
Financial Controller and Administrative Assistant based in Rome, hired by Amusnet Italy.


If you join our team, you will:

  • Organize and manage all finance and accounting operations as per the local regulations in Italy and our Group requirements
  • Be responsible for monthly revenue calculations
  • Developing budgets and financial strategies on a need basis
  • Implement and efficient expense control process, as per the Group policies and guidelines
  • Prepare various reports and consolidated financial statements
  • Support monthend and yearend close process
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and the Group policies.
  • Identifying and managing financial risks on a daily basis and formulating strategies for managing these risks for consideration by Company;
  • Execute performance monitoring of the external accounting & payroll house
  • Liaise with external auditors
  • Organize and manage the documents flow, including collecting, classifying and archiving various internal documentation contract with Clients, external service and other suppliers, other accounting and corporate documentation
  • Other office administration tasks, assigned by the Branch Director

To be considered qualified for the position, you must have:

  • Very good knowledge of Italian tax legislation
  • Very good knowledge of Italian bookkeeping and tax requirements
  • Knowledge of specific requirements applicable for the Gambling industry will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • University Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Proficiency in English


  • Accountancy qualification

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA or an equivalent or in the final stages to obtain such qualification
  • Experience within in international group is an advantage
- the online/mobile gaming sector is an advantage

  • Ability to prioritize and work in a structured manner
  • Highly motivated, meticulous and responsible person with a strong work ethic
