The scope of activity is at the level of the multi-national Thales Alenia Space. Travel between sites is to be expected.

CONTRIBUTION

:

You wish to join a large group in the Space industry and in particular the team of the Information Systems Department (IS) of Thales Alenia Space in charge of the PDM roadmap for our mechanical and electrical CAD domains at more than 1,000 users across our European sites.

You will participate in the implementation of a PDM platform (3DEXPERIENCE).

This transformation towards Digital Continuity of our areas of mechanical and electrical design includes the redesign and migration of current PDM tools (CATIA/ENVOVIA v5) as well as the emergence of new practices and standards allowing the improvement of our operations.

As an expert, you have a solid technical and functional culture on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform allowing you to support our 3DEXPERIENCE deployment project for all Thales Alenia Space MCAD businesses.

Job description

:

You will participate in the integration of the new 3DEXPERIENCE platform and you will be technical manager.

You will be the referent of the 3DX solution for Italy, you will work in close collaboration with the 3DX teams.

Managing 3DExperience licenses, you help define the license consumption strategy.
Participating in the animation and definition of the roadmap of domains.

- recommending the best software component solutions (and hardware requirements if necessary).

Challenging the needs of the Product Owner by contributing to the evaluation and choice of solutions that meet business needs in order to provide the most suitable solution.
Writing the functional specifications.
Managing the technical tests of the delivered components and their documentation.
Acting as a pilot and carrying out acceptance of the technical deployments of the solutions by the IT expertise.
Supporting and training users.
Documenting and maintaining the repository of functional and technical knowledge necessary for the sustainability of the platform.
Detecting potential development requests and arbitrate their redirection to the outofthebox configuration of the tool, Dassault Systèmes R&D or the integrator.
Contributing to the opening of the 3DEXPERICENCE platform in order to meet the requirements of the extended enterprise according to a Cloud First approach and participating in the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure initiative for engineering environments.

REQUIREMENTS

:

Engineering:

You have experience on a project in Agile mode (Scrum, SAFe, etc.), knowledge of CADENAS products will be appreciated.
You have good business knowledge of an Aerospace & Defense domain
Your TOGOF, Hybrid Cloud secure and VDI certifications would be assets.
You have a good communication skills and you are able to transform constraints into opportunities for transformation.
Languages: Oral and Written Practice, English and Italian
