    La posizione

    Per una storica realtà industriale di produzione con sede a Reggio Emilia ricerchiamo un Infrastructure Engineer da inserire all'interno della Direzione IT.

    La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione dell'infrastruttura aziendale e nel coordinamento di importanti progetti di evoluzione architetturale, incluse attività di migrazione dei data center e dei sistemi informativi.

    Il ruolo prevede un'esposizione internazionale con i dipartimenti produttivi fuori Italia e un percorso di crescita verso la gestione di un team dedicato.

    Il ruolo

    Come Infrastructure Engineer, risponderai direttamente al CTO e sarai responsabile dell'infrastruttura IT aziendale, composta da circa 500 utenze. Collaborerai con gli stabilimenti esteri, in particolare la sede produttiva in Slovacchia, supportando progetti infrastrutturali EMEA cross‑country.

    Sarà inoltre parte del ruolo presidiare attività di migrazione e consolidamento dei data center, un'evoluzione infrastrutturale considerata strategica per l'azienda.

    Il lavoro si svolgerà in modalità ibrida (2 giorni di smart working a settimana) e farà riferimento alla sede di Reggio Emilia.

    Responsabilità

    • Gestire e garantire le prestazioni dell'infrastruttura di rete aziendale su apparati Cisco, firewall Palo Alto e ambienti Windows.
    • Coordinare e implementare progetti di migrazione dei data center e dei sistemi aziendali, assicurando continuità operativa.
    • Supportare e supervisionare i progetti infrastrutturali internazionali
    • Assicurare la sicurezza, stabilità e scalabilità delle reti e dei sistemi aziendali.
    • Collaborare con il CTO per definire roadmap tecnologiche e piani di evoluzione infrastrutturale.
    • Gestire il monitoraggio delle performance, la risoluzione delle criticità e l'ottimizzazione dei processi IT.
    • A tendere ci sarà la possibilità di costruire e guidare un team di Infrastructure & Operations composto da 3–4 risorse.

    Competenze

    • 3–7 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nell'ambito IT Infrastructure, System & Network Engineering o IT Operations.
    • Ottima conoscenza di networking (Cisco), firewalling (Palo Alto) e infrastrutture Windows.
    • Esperienza o forte attitudine nella gestione di progetti complessi, preferibilmente in contesti industriali.
    • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
    • Predisposizione alla crescita manageriale nel medio termine.
