- Utilize metrology instruments for product inspection, testing, and measurement, along with producing control reports
- Ensure product compliance with internal and external standards by overseeing operations and flagging any discrepancies
- Collaborate with the Technical Department to outline product quality requirements and create control plans
- Identify and report product and process non-conformities, conduct root-cause analyses of quality issues
- Assist in internal and external auditing activities
- Contribute to defining internal process standards
- Help in developing procedures for the Company's internal processes based on both internal requirements and external standards
- Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Management Engineering) or Economy
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in writing technical documents and presentations
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and tolerances
- Basic understanding of inspection techniques and quality control technologies
- Knowledge of Quality Standard ISO 9001 and/or EN 9100 is a bonus
- Proficiency in Italian and English
