The Director of Global ITleads the Group's overall technology strategy, ensuring a secure, scalable, and future‐ready IT landscape.

The role drives digital transformation, oversees the evolution of core systems (including ERP and data platforms), and ensures technology becomes a key enabler of growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage

Your Responsibilities:
Define and enforce group‐wide IT policies, architectures, and standards.
Establish a unified governance model for transparency and effective decision‐making.
Own the global IT strategy and align it with long‐term business priorities.
Manage IT budgeting and investment planning to ensure measurable business impact.
Act as strategic advisor to the CFO, board, and international site leaders.
Drive end‐to‐end process optimization across the value chain.
Oversee key technology partners and service providers.
Define the optimal internal vs.

external delivery model.
Lead the global ERP roadmap with a strong SAP focus.
Integrate international sites into a harmonized, high‐performance ERP landscape.
Identify and pilot technologies such as AI, automation, and digital manufacturing.
Build an innovation pipeline to accelerate adoption of high‐value digital solutions.
Lead IT due diligence and integration for acquisitions and new market entries.
Ensure rapid, secure onboarding of new entities.
Maintain a robust global cybersecurity framework.
Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
Lead and develop the global IT team.
Build capabilities and structures to support the Group's digital agenda.


Your Profile:

Master's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalents; MBA and certifications (ITIL, PMP, SAP, cybersecurity) considered a plus.15+ years in global IT leadership within manufacturing/FMCG; strong ERP (SAP) transformation and multi‐country IT management.

Deep ERP/SAP knowledge; strong understanding of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, data analytics, cloud, emerging tech, and AI.Solid experience in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and resilient global IT environments.

Strategic, results‐driven leader with strong communication, executive influence, and the ability to drive digital transformation and cultural change.
Fluent in English, Italian and/or German considered a plus.
