    Eighteen Sound s.r.l., azienda del Gruppo B&C Speakers leader nella progettazione e produzione di altoparlanti professionali ad alte prestazioni, ricerca un/una OEM Sales Manager EMEA da inserire nel proprio team commerciale.La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di creare, sviluppare e consolidare relazioni strategiche con clienti OEM nell'area EMEA, contribuendo alla crescita del business attraverso una presenza costante e qualificata sul territorio.Il ruolo prevede un'intensa attività sul campo (circa 10–15 giorni di viaggio al mese), finalizzata a massimizzare il "face time" con i clienti e a garantire una gestione proattiva delle opportunità commerciali.È previsto un periodo iniziale di affiancamento in presenza presso la sede di Reggio Emilia (full time), volto a favorire un rapido inserimento nel contesto aziendale, nei processi interni e alla conoscenza dei prodotti. Successivamente, una volta consolidate le competenze chiave e acquisita piena autonomia nel ruolo sarà possibile operare in modalità ibrida (2–3 giorni a settimana in sede).Responsabilità principaliSviluppare e mantenere relazioni solide e durature con clienti OEM in area EMEA;Identificare nuove opportunità di business e generare nuovi lead;Monitorare forecast, portafoglio ordini e andamento delle vendite;Elaborare analisi e reportistica commerciale avanzata, utilizzando Excel come strumento chiave di lavoro;Garantire un coordinamento efficace con il Sales Director e con le strategie globali;Stimolare un dialogo tecnico strutturato con i clienti, promuovendo sia prodotti esistenti sia nuovi sviluppi;Collaborare con R&D e ufficio acquisti nello studio di fattibilità e nello sviluppo di nuovi progetti;Contribuire alla definizione e all'evoluzione della roadmap di prodotto;Assicurare una delivery affidabile dei progetti in coordinamento con i reparti interni.Esperienza pregressa nel settore Pro Audio (preferibilmente in ambito OEM o componentistica);Background fortemente tecnico (preferibile ma non obbligatoria laurea in ingegneria): è importante una solida base tecnica che consenta di comprendere prodotti, applicazioni e dialogare con interlocutori R&D, con un livello di autonomia crescente nel tempo;Ottima padronanza di Excel per analisi dati, forecast e reportistica strutturata;Disponibilità a garantire una presenza regolare in sede a Reggio Emilia;Spiccate doti relazionali, comunicative e di negoziazione;Attitudine commerciale fortemente orientata al risultato;Intraprendenza, capacità di rendersi autonomi in tempi brevi e forte senso di responsabilità;Approccio proattivo, autodeterminazione e interesse autentico per il mondo musicale e dell'audio professionale;Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente (circa 10–15 giorni/mese);Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Cerchiamo una persona dinamica, con un'esperienza già consolidata nel ruolo ma pronta a intraprendere una nuova fase di crescita professionale.
