    We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor for our Rinascente store.

    As Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

    What you will doYour main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle.

    To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience.

    You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by :

    Managing and executing omni channel servicesWelcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experienceAchieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targetsUpholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventoryWho you areYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.

    Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customersAbility to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targetsResponsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional mannerSpecific experience and knowledge for this rolePrevious customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industryProven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer serviceCustomer relationship management (CRM) and clientelingFluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
