YellowSquare is looking for a
Receptionist for his Hostel in Florence.

***YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. YellowSquare is a growing company with new openings in many of the major Italian cities.

The Tasks:***- Dealing with bookings;

  • Completing Checkin and Checkout procedures;
  • Preparing bills and taking payments;
  • Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
  • Dealing with complaints or problems;

Requirements:***- Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience

  • Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
  • Flexibility: Our 8.5 h shifts cover the all 24h day from Monday to Sunday
  • Excellence in customer service;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
