What you will be doing


As part of the Central Marketing team based in Milan, you'll report to the Head of CRM & Performance Marketing and you'll partner closely with Satispay's Regional Marketing, Business Intelligence, Tech, Operations and Business Development teams.

Your role will be crucial as you will be responsible for engaging with Satispay's Merchant base of over merchants as of today, driving exponential and efficient growth.


Namely you will:

  • Translate business goals into CRM program objectives and strategies that help extracting value from the existing Merchants
  • Lead Retention Strategy: create and execute onboarding, retention and engagement campaigns that are meaningful and relevant to every merchant, according to their size and peculiarities
  • Gather actionable insights to understand our merchant base needs and untapped opportunities
  • Proactively ideate and propose new approaches for compelling merchant engagement programmes to accompany growth through lead generation and conversion maximization, while promoting growth sustainability
  • In synergy with Business Development department look for new opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • In Collaboration with Tech department, design and develop journeys and channels orchestration to achieve CRM objectives
  • In collaboration with Business Intelligence department develop segments based on Merchants behaviour, continually measure, monitor and drive improvement in programme approaches
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholder
  • Manage a Crm specialist team member to support you on the execution

What we need

  • 8+ years of CRM experience and Consumer Insight
  • Experience in building complex journeys, utilizing data to automate whenever possible. HubSpot / other CRM Software for Businesses knowledge is considered a plus
  • Strong background in activation & retention strategies
  • Datadriven approach with a strategic mindset, able to translate results analysis into crm actions
  • Excellent project management with an obsession for details and a genuine curiosity towards innovative solutions
  • Great communication skills
  • MarketPlace experience is a strong plus
  • Previous Sales experience is a nice to have
  • Experience in direct people management
  • Ability to work under pressure in fastpaced environment, autonomously and within the team
  • Team player attitude in any situation
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milano. Business Trips may occur.
