Importante Azienda Srl, employment agency, is looking for:
EMPLOYEE & CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER to be included in the Nike team, the leading brand of the sector.

You will work with the EMEA HQ communications teams, the Communications Director & Cross Functional departments in Milan (Brand, Sports Marketing, Events, HR and others) and with agency partners, Media and influential networks in Milan.

You will contribute to the creation and the development of innovative and creative communication strategies that deliver brand purposes and help build and maintain authentic and strategic media relationships.

What you will work on:

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION:

You'll be responsible for advancing Nike's narrative through consistent storytelling with impact both locally and where relevant with geo impact.

Your understanding of the media landscape and your knowledge across sport, consumer, fashion, lifestyle culture, storytelling, new media platforms, voices and channels will be key in contributing to the development of strong and creative storytelling.

You will Identify and work with local athletes, influencers, and youth platforms to bring narrative storytelling to life

local PR agencies

INTERNAL EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION:
You will create strategic plans to engage employees to drive distinct storytelling for the geo and city

Support the EMEA Employee Communications team

Design and deliver endto-end employee-first campaigns

Work closely with crossfunctional employee partners to manage communications projects.

We offer:

Administration contract for maternity cover:
12 months, starting from January 2023

Salary commensurate with experience

Requisiti:

Strong written and spoken English & Basic written & spoken Italian language
Background in working for a major brand or strong agency experience
Deep knowledge and passion for sport and sneakers culture
Deep understanding of evolving consumer, media communications environment and digital landscape
Ability to drive narrative storytelling into daytoday media relations at senior editorial and publisher executive level
Experience driving Communications strategy for major events, media and PR
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint, Keynote preferred
Ability to Travel 1020%
