We are looking for a
Technology Digital Trasformation planner to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting to the
Head of Manufacturing Engineer


You will be responsible to design, plan, implement and continuously improve processes, tools and general technologies required for product manufacturing in the context of production IT respecting the set project targets regarding timing, budget, quality, technical and legal requirements.

This task requires alignment with all involved departments during the whole product lifecycle as well as regular reporting.

  • Project Management in the context of Production IT and Digital Projects coordinating and monitoring all activities in the scope of processes, products and tooling regarding timing, budget, quality, technical and legal requirements.
  • Assessment of requirements for creation or improvement of manufacturing technologies and tools for new products and projects in close cooperation with IT, Production and Project Management respecting and / or planning required resources.
  • Process Planning in the context of Production IT and Digital Projects designing, planning, implementing and continuously improving production processes according to the input from technology planning, IT, industrial engineering, production and other departments. This furthermore involves analysis of series production processes from a technological point of view (tools, lay out, sequences, critical assembling phases), with focus on problems emerging from the line.
  • Assembly Management Systems planning which involves design, specification, planning (budget, timing, reporting), implementation, continuous monitoring and improvement of the tooling especially in project preseries and rampup phases, wherever required coordinating internal and external suppliers.
  • Introduction and implementation of new technology according to Lamborghini Digital Business cycle plan

About you

  • Bachelor or master degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering
  • At least 3 years' experience in automotive
  • Project Management (Focus: IT Projects)
  • Specification Design
  • Production Start Up experience as a plus
  • Profound Knowhow of Assembly Management Systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC)
  • Profound Knowhow in the IT field: S/W Design, H/W Design, Networking, Common and mobile OS, especially MS Windows and Android and their Administration.
  • Field: Automotive or comparable product complexity
  • Fluent in English, the knowledge of the German language will be considered as a plus
