Campari Group has great ambitions in Asia, and Campari China will play an instrumental role in expanding the Group's business in this continent.

Focused on Mainland China, the company directly manages brand equity development through above and below the line initiatives and cooperates with local distributors who focus on the commercialization of the product portfolio with the trade and jointly plan with Campari China and execute targeted below the line actions, especially in the OnPremise channel.


We would expect of this role of Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing stragety building up and execution with strong collaboration with cross functions and agencies to produce best in class content for media campaigns.


Mission


The mission of this role is to strengthen Campari China's digital presence consistently across channels, fostering consmers' online engagement and consideration, and the efficiency of digital content deployed along consumer and shopper journeys.


Key Responsibilities and Activities

Digital Marketing and Strategic Planning

  • Drive content strategy and conetent development
  • Construct, design and implement brands' yearround digital, social, EC Campaigns to seamlessly integrate into brands' Marketing Campaigns and meet prealgined IMC KPIs and objectives
  • Establish digital alwayson landscape & define content marketing strategy, plan and implement alwayson content plan that is optimized for different platforms. Key platforms
- include WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Red and other EC channels

  • Establish omniCRM capability, including consumer data lake from all touchpoints, backend technical capability in consumer labelling, profiling analysis, loyalty mechanism, etc.

Performance Marketing

  • Work closely with performance media agency and TP to manage SEM (Tmall ads, Taobao ads, Wechat ads, etc.)/ SEO including budgeting, tracking, creative asset management and content build
  • Develop KPI for each digital marketing campaign & monitor key KPIs of paid digital marketing performance
  • Plan A/B tests and analyse the paid efficiency of campaigns across paid channels, optimizing ROI while discovering growth opportunities
  • Work across teams, including eComm operations, omniCRM and brand marketing, share the key findings from performance marketing with the objective of finetuning the customer experience, including landing page design, creative asset needs and CRM tactics

  • Work in close partnership with local marketing roles and GSM (BM & glocal marketing capabilities) to ensure consistent media strategy deployment and sharing lesion learnt, incl. also how to best leverage data to develop new insigths and analytics
  • Budget setting and agency briefing: collaborate with Brand Management teams on briefs, budgets, reports and results analysis ( also in collab. w/ FN)
  • Cross-Channel campaign planning/ management: coordinate with Events, brand PR( esp. for influencer and advocacy marketing campaigns), CCM/ E commerce team.

External:
Manage Agency and External parentners/ publishers relationships


  • Achieve exelelence in paid digital media campaigns, managing execution of activations ( e.g. paid social, display/ video, paid serach, programmatic, Ecommerce, social commerce) performance measurement and optimization
  • Strengthen relationship with consumers and engage with community members via active monitoring of locally owned channels and listening of locally relevant conversations to reply and outreach using the brand accounts, monitoring trends and conversations (excluding top bartender relationships managed by CCM), while supporting brand PR on advocacy and influencer marketing efforts
  • Oversee execution of CRM core programs ( e.g. loyalty clubs), define CRM campaisng KPIs and targets and monitor their effectiveness and impact
  • Collect local insights to inform global SEO strategy by brand and align with Global marketing teams to update global websites
  • Support marketing and PR initiatives to align with SEO best practices to support global brand websites
  • Establish campaign hygience rules/ standards with agencies, monitor performance and c
