We are currently looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN.
Your role will encompass:
Collaboration with the differtent departments (especially Project management, Logistic, Engineering, Finance and Legal departments), according to the procurement needs, company and policies and procedures Stakeholder management with Italian and foreign suppliers to ensure the respect of budget and deadlines Monitoring the progress of tenders ensuring on-time deadlines Keeping records of tenders/RFQs placed and related achieve of documentation (Sharepoint and others), updating inventory levels based on these records Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding purchasing procedures and best practices in ECP enviromental New suppliers scouting and vendor qualifications, with management of document collection, first analysis, reporting, and archiving Data analysis and reporting including monitoring mechanisms that identifies savings achieved by category and supplier Procurement Manager agenda What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred At least 2 years of previous experience Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles is preferred Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory, Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, ARIBA, , Excel is mandatory Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure accuracy in procurement processes Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting priorities Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news
