Job Summary:

Well, we want you We are looking for a Planning Expert who will be driving the operational and tactical planning of production for New and renovated Filling machines and coordinate that cost targets for the renovation business are met.

You will also be involved in continuous improvement activities aimed at optimizing processes, tools and way of working and delivering an increased service level to the full organization.

This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Modena - Italy.

10-15% travel should be expected.

What you will do:

Daily operational planning of incoming material, Production sequence and finalized equipment in Modena (backup for Lund plant is also part of expected task)
Participate in global production planning / material planning projects and special procurement for the renovated equipment
Driving cost targets for renovated equipment
Recommend solution to production schedule to ensure effectiveness & cost savings within production
Participate in tactical & strategic planning activities with stakeholders across TetraPak
Standardize, maintain and implement production / material planning processes
Drive development of autonomous team
Carry out the operations in compliance with all applicable laws and legal requirements and Tetra Pak's Code of Business Conduct, Core Values, policies, procedures and guidelines and implement appropriate controls to secure early detection of any potential noncompliance

We believe you have:

A University degree in Management, Engineering or similar
35 years working experience within Supply chain
Good knowledge of SAP/ECC & NWBC specifically order planning/execution
Advanced skills in data management (database, data entry, data analysis) and process management
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Power BI
Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written
You have good, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
You are wellorganized and accurate, with an excellent attention to detail
You are able to function independently as well as a part of a team
You are customer oriented, with a positive attitude
You have the capacity to make things happen in the organization by taking the initiative and drive them to completion
