Adecco Italia Spa, Financial Services division, selects for a multinational Company, international leader in the design, development and production of automotive components, a Senior Controller for the office in the province of Modena (Terre di Castelli area).

Main Responsibilities:

Support the Group CFO in the controlling activities through financial analyses, both at consolidated and company level
Guarantee the process monitoring for Controlling Department
Manage the monthly analysis, reporting and budgeting activities
Monitor the Industrial Controlling in order to develop the function and to improve the understanding of product cost development
Maintain the relationships with our foreign plants and subsidiaries
Interact with the Group Operations Department (Logistics, Manufacturing) in order to be updated on the relevant business trends
Give support for the implementations of new controlling methodologies and tools instruments for controlling
Prepare reporting on the KPI's used by the Group

Requirements:

Master's degree in Economics
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in structured international companies
Wellbased knowledge of controlling at Corporate level
Consistent experience on ERP system
Capability to promote teamworking and collaboration among the different functions both at local and

Group level

Strong interpersonal skills: dynamic, enthusiastic personality with a proactive approach is appreciated
Willingness to travel
Fluency in English and Italian
Fluency in English and Italian
Possessing a car
