We are looking for an intern for our Guidance & Recruitment Office, the team in charge of creating, planning and managing the recruitment campaigns of prospective international and national students, for all the Bocconi Graduate and Undergraduate Degree Courses.

The Guidance & Recruitment team promotes the Bocconi Academic Programs through numerous initiatives (on campus and online, in Italy and abroad), with the aim of attracting the best students from around the world.

In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:

Managing the relationship with prospective international and italian students;
Managing the virtual and physical information front office (onetoone interviews, mailbox) for students and families on asset, Bocconi Academic Programs, initiatives and events, administrative procedures and pre/post admission services;
Supporting the organization of on campus and online initiatives/events aimed at promoting Bocconi educational offer in Italy and abroad;
General support for the analysis and reporting activities of the office.

Requirements:

Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path
Fluent in English and Italian
Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; handson approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; selfstarter with strong attention to detail.

We are offering a 6 months paid internship.
