    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern with a strong passion for Human Resources and a proactive attitude. The candidate will join the Global Talent Team in Milan and be responsible for supporting our People Management team in driving key initiatives for our HQ Golden Family. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and a genuine desire to learn how to manage the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
    Main Responsibilities

    • Support the Talent Acquisition team in the daily management of the recruitment process
    • Publish and monitor job postings on the Career Site, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening activities
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate agendas with candidates and Hiring Managers
    • Maintain and update employee records in core HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
    • Contribute to ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience
    • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the company culture
    • Collaborate on special HR projects and market mapping activities
    Requirements
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is considered a plus
    • Native Italian speaker with a good command of English (at least B2 level)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
    • Knowledge of HR management systems (Oracle) is a strong plus
