We, the Krinner Schraubfundamente GmbH company, are an internationally operating and second-generation family-owned company from Strakirchen in Lower Bavaria.

In 1994, an idea by the founder resulted in a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative for foundation construction the screw foundation.

We see ourselves as a system provider of screw foundations, machines and corresponding installation know-how and support our customers and partners through innovation and progress.

We are a company with flat hierarchies in which every employee with his strengths, commitment and personality can make a decisive contribution to the joint success of the entire company.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. The right person is highly organized, reliable and can make decisions on the spot.

Must haves are experience in managing salespeople, driving growth through systematic lead sourcing, qualifying and developing new customers as well as maintaining the existing partners.

Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager (M/F/d) Job responsibilities:

Developing and increasing sales and new business activities Leading and coaching the sales and business development team Coordinating the balance between new leads and existing business Leading and being part of the sales cycle from lead generation to develop the customer to a long-term partner with help of CRM System Creating sales forecasts and meeting or exceeding sales numbers Monitoring and controllingof the sales cycle and creating reports to document relevant sales figures You inspire us with:
Successfully completed commercial training or university degree Profound and proven Sales Management experience Construction background or experience in sales of technical products preferred Experience in managing salespeople and willing to contribute to a productive team dedicated to the achieve ment of corporate goals Ability to work with several teams with different strategies to achieve the same goal, the company success Being pro-active, self-driven and goal oriented Fluent in German and English Must be able to think outside the box and have a sense of humor What we offer you:
