Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.


The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).


Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.


Position:


Asset & Operations Coordinator will:

  • Study, gather and understand in & offvenue visitors & hospitality services available and addressable to permit the best achievable experience when joining the Games period.
  • Help to develop and submit to the IOC and IPC for approval a detailed fan vision and strategy.
  • Help to Identify Risks, Process and Strategy for Onsite Fan Experience.
  • Help to develop stakeholder groups/segments and present to IOC/IPC for approval.
  • Help to create, describe and develop Experience journeys for National and International Spectators and Visitors.
  • Help to develop engagement plan and proposals for Showcasing/houses and Stakeholders Houses to support gamesrelated activities.
  • Help to define role and responsibilities of OCOG in delivering Gamesrelated activities (wheel of activities).
  • Review Fan groups with specific needs/risks
  • Help to organize technical workshop on Spectators and Visitors services (crossfunctional FAs).
  • Develop Olympic and Paralympic Fan Services plan, to include Service Level Assessment and Service Level Agreements (SLA), focus on Visitors Accommodation and Transport solutions.
  • Develop plan for integration of urban lifestyle elements (music, life style "art, fashion, culture", sport initiation, mass events) within urban venues and experiences.
  • Help to develop detailed Live Sites plan and operational plan.
  • Develop Stakeholder Houses plan and submit to IOC for review and comments.
  • Develop Olympic and Paralympic spectators Guides concept and timeline and submit to the IOC and IPC for review

Requirements:


  • Min 8 years of experiences
  • Reading, writing, speaking English and Italian
  • Ability to ability to work together and coordinate groups of people and different kinds of stakeholder.
  • High level of organizational skill
  • Major sport events experience preferred
  • Experience in hotellerie preferred
  • Degree in any social science related matters
