    Il nostro dipartimento di consulenza ESG è già una leva distintiva del posizionamento dell'azienda. L'obiettivo di questo ruolo è rafforzarne la presenza sul mercato e accelerarne la crescita.

    Cerchiamo una/un ESG Growth & Impact Strategy Manager con forte visione strategica e orientamento commerciale, capace di far crescere e rafforzare il dipartimento di consulenza ESG di Green Media Lab, già leva di posizionamento dell'azienda, ampliandone il valore sul mercato e il contributo allo sviluppo del business.

    Nella prima fase il ruolo avrà un focus prevalente su:

    • sviluppo dell'offerta,
    • Relazione con i clienti,
    • posizionamento e go-to-market.

    La dimensione più tecnica e strutturale dell'ESG sarà sviluppata e rafforzata progressivamente, in linea con l'evoluzione dell'offerta e delle priorità di business.

    Responsabilità principali

    ESG Growth & Business Development

    • Guidare lo sviluppo commerciale dell'offerta ESG di Green Media Lab.
    • Identificare nuove opportunità di mercato, clienti target e settori strategici.
    • Co-progettare e vendere servizi ad alto valore (strategie ESG, stakeholder engagement, bilanci di sostenibilità, progetti speciali, campagne di impatto).
    • Supportare attivamente le fasi di pre-vendita, proposal e pitch, lavorando a stretto contatto con il CEO e il team New Business.

    Posizionamento strategico e offerta

    • Rafforzare il posizionamento del dipartimento ESG come partner strategico, non solo operativo.
    • Tradurre i temi di sostenibilità in proposte chiare, comprensibili e vendibili per il business.
    • Sviluppare framework e format che integrino ESG, comunicazione e valore economico.
    • Contribuire alla definizione della strategia complessiva di Green Media Lab.Clienti & stakeholder engagement
    • Gestire relazioni con clienti chiave, diventando il punto di riferimento per i temi ESG.
    • Costruire e alimentare le partnership strategiche con aziende, istituzioni, ONG e attori dell'ecosistema.
    • Progettare e coordinare attività di stakeholder engagement.
    • Rappresentare Green Media Lab in eventi, panel, incontri pubblici e occasioni di speaking opportunities.

    Evoluzione & leadership

    • Lavorare alla progressiva strutturazione del dipartimento ESG.
    • Coordinare risorse interne ed esterne coinvolte nei progetti.
    • Contribuire alla crescita di una cultura aziendale orientata a impatto, credibilità e sviluppo di lungo periodo.

    Il profilo ideale

    Esperienza & competenze

    • Esperienza consolidata in sostenibilità, ESG, impact strategy o stakeholder engagement, preferibilmente in consulenza o contesti ibridi.
    • Esperienza nello sviluppo o co-sviluppo commerciale di servizi consulenziali o progetti complessi.
    • Forte capacità di dialogo con il business e il top management.
    • Buona conoscenza dei principali framework ESG, con approccio pragmatico e non burocratico.

    • Capacità di muoversi tra strategia, relazione e execution.
