Head of AIT Group:

Mission of the Job

Main activities:

V&V process management, including the requirements engineering process from the requirements definition and flow down through different level of product decomposition (system, subsystem, equipment, ) up to requirement verification and validation closeout.
Coordination with several Company Functions for planning, resources and industrial means usage.
AIT costs tailoring and followup.
Responsible for the production master schedule and related operational margins.
Optimization of the production flow according to equipment development evolution in order to meet the end product delivery dates towards the customer.
Ability to understand the complete value chain process and their interdependencies from first customer contact to customer acceptance (e.g. engineering, production, procurement, logistics, subcontracting, offset, quality).
Definition and supervision of assembly / integration / test activities to deliver product and associated tests within quality, schedule and cost commitment and provide the product asbuilt definition.
Knowledge of the ECSS standards in verification and testing
Familiarity with highquality technical documents (DDVP, VCD, GSE Specification, AIT plan, test plans, test procedures, test report)
Familiarity with test methods, test sequences and specific test setups
Identification of GSE and facilities requirements

- support anomalies investigations to identify root causes.

Organization of Lesson learned sessions
Contribution to the preparation of proposals for industrial and R&D activities
Contribution to production lines deployment.

Education/Training:

Essential:

Master's Degree in Engineering

Desirable:

Preferable Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering
Postgraduation degree
Lean production training courses

Experience:

Essential:

At least 3 years of work experience on AIT/AIV management
At least 7 years of work experience on AIT/AIV Engineering, including:
integration and test procedure preparation,

- consolidated experience on RF and electrical testing by means of the most common measurement techniques and instrumentation
- analysis of test results and test report preparation

Wide background in projects in the frame of ECSS standards

Desirable:

Knowledge of lean production and 5S principles
Knowledge of active antenna testing
Basic knowledge of digital, electrical and RF design
Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of crimping and soldering processes according to ECSS standards

Tool or product requirements:

MS Office (including MS Visio and MS Project)
DOORS (nice to have)

Languages:

Fluent in English
