Job Description

We are seeking a senior sales professional to develop and grow long-term partnerships with brand owners in the food and consumer packaging sectors.

• Develop and manage relationships with brand owners in food, beverage, and consumer packaging.

Your Role

This role will act as the primary commercial interface for assigned strategic accounts. Key responsibilities include leading commercial discussions and negotiations on pricing models, volume commitments, and long-term agreements. Additionally, this individual will drive account growth through portfolio expansion and supply partnerships while translating brand owner priorities into commercial solutions.

• Work closely with HQ teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in paperboard or related industries is required;

prioritize negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders across procurement operations sustainability management;
hands-on understanding of cost drivers pricing mechanisms contract frameworks;
capability of driving revenue growth through business development initiatives;;
familiarity Italian market knowledge quality standards regional regulations.
The ideal candidate should be fluent English strong verbal written communication skillspost-secondary education degree preferably related field eg commerce marketing logistics.
