We are seeking a
Sales Area Manager eager to join our Team in
Varisco Customer Center, Atlas Copo Padova.
Varisco is a well-established and ever-expanding company. It manufactures pumps, both for dewatering and industrial use. In 2016 Varisco was acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational company with 150 years of history behind it.

As Sales Area Manager you will give active contribution strengthening the industrial pumps business, particularly about submersible pumps, and maintaining commercial relationships, implementing and supporting the company's development strategies

The Role:

Develop the business and the Italian distribution network, particularly about sales
Manage and consolidate the business relationship with distribution network customers of the Atlas Copco brand
Support Sales Activity and bring market and business opportunities, supporting the network in relation to market demands
Maintain a solid understanding of market and business opportunities for Customer Center within the Power & Flow division and across all types of customers within the agreed Sales Territory
Achieve the targets set in terms of sales, volumes and margins and monitor the trend and deviations according to the market
Participate in trade fairs and specific events
Travel will be required

What we expect of you?
Mechanical, electrical, Hydraulic engineering degree or similar qualification
Proven work experience in Sales

Professional experience in pump market and industry or similar industrial products (compressors, generators or light tower) will be an asset

Dewatering knowledge is an asset

Good uses of MS Office and database
Good knowledge of English and Italian is essential
