    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Developer to join our team and take a lead role in the development and enhancement of our billing module.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for both technical and functional aspects of the billing module, requiring expertise in Java, Wildfly, Tomcat, Oracle, Postgres, Data Integration Skills, and other relevant technologies. Additionally, strong knowledge of billing processes from ADT, quotation, invoicing, invoicing rules, payment, cash management, claims, and related areas is essential for this role.

    What are we looking for?

    Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
  • Knowledge of Commons Design Patterns.
  • Write well-designed, efficient code.
  • Experience with Wildfly, Tomcat application server.
  • Base Knowledge of IT security.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle and Postgres databases, including database design and optimization.
  • Experience in integration skills, including APIs, web services, and messaging systems.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and robust solutions for the billing module.
  • Familiarity with other relevant technologies and tools as needed for the project.

    • Functional Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of billing processes, including but not limited to:
  • Admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) processes.
  • Generating and managing quotations.
  • Invoicing procedures and standards.
  • Defining and enforcing invoicing rules.
  • Payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Cash management and reporting.
  • Claims processing and management.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements related to billing.
  • Understanding of industry best practices and standards in billing processes.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the billing module.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of the billing module with overall business objectives and processes.

    • Process Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in billing processes.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues or improvements in billing workflows.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Positive and professional approach at all times.
  • Ability to document processes, requirements, and technical designs effectively.

    • Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other developers, testers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • English B2 minimum requirement.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on billing systems is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex billing projects.
  • Certifications or additional training in relevant technologies and billing processes are a plus.
