Who we are:


Founded in Spring 2021 in Italy, Neulabs has a mission: to build a new consumer goods platform by acquiring and scaling winning brands.


At Neulabs we allocate a lot of resources to the companies we acquire, including brand managers, SEO experts, PPC experts, visual designers, graphic designers, supply chain experts, etc.


With this great network of professionals, ex-Stanford, ex-BCG, ex-McKinsey, we can deliver tangible value to accelerate the growth of a company.

We put our roots in Milan, a major hub for startups, innovation and finance. We soon expect to achieve a multinational dimension with openings in the European market.

That is how we have launched two brands from scratch in six months.

Who you are:

You have gained at least 6 months/1 year of work experience in graphic design.


You know how to properly use the most common graphic design tools (Adobe CC suite) and you are confident with the basics of the graphic design work flow.


If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and you are smart and highly motivated, if you are driven by achieving ambitious results, this is the right role and place for you.


What you will do:


  • Work together with marketing team to develop creatives for Amazon and digital advertising formats
  • Customize existing graphic assets in order to match Amazon and social media guidelines in relation to our brands' design systems
  • Develop premium images to enhance customer experience and conversion rate
  • Support the marketing and Amazon team to create assets for campaigns, product launches, blog articles ecc

What you need to have:


  • Very good knowledge of the main Adobe CC graphic design tools such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
  • Ability to design and create graphic assets like banners, photo manipulations, social media posts
  • Interest in the creativity universe, confidence with social and digital languages and formats, continuous updating
  • Taste for aesthetic and personal style
  • You are fluent in Italian and confident with written and spoken English

What represents a bonus:


  • Skill in still life photography and photo shooting (photo set setup)
  • Skills in motion graphic and video editing (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere)
  • Figma
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI Design fundamentals
