Main purpose of the role:

The Sales Training Internship primary purpose will be learning about our products and the markets we serve and supporting Training Manager and Specialists in designing training programs and materials to support our Commercial organization.

Key accountabilities:

Work closely with Training Manager and Specialists;
Support in the development of training presentations (materials collection and coordination, graphic development, elearning);
Provide general administrative and project management support to Training & Development Department;
Gain exposure to Sales, Marketing and other departments through crossfunctional initiatives.

Professional qualifications & technical skills:

Master's Degree in Marketing, business management, communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
At least bachelor's degree in communication, Marketing, business management

Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fastpaced environment;
Organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required;
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate;
