- Are you an investment professional with strong communication skills and sales flair? Can you inspire and energize a team of senior investment specialists to higher impact and effectiveness? Do you enjoy leading and executing strategic projects as well as meeting important clients and prospects?
- We're looking for an Advisory and Sales Head in Italy to:
- lead a team of 20+ senior investment and product specialists
- manage the day to day sales agenda by identifying business opportunities in cooperation with the front
- energize and motivate your stakeholders to the achievement of common sales priorities
- run a seamless and effective sales process in partnership with the market head
- recruit, develop and retain the best talent in the industry
- closely work together with our internal (CIO, GIM, COO, IB; AM) and external stakeholders

Your team
- You'll be leading a diverse team of senior investment specialists. The team includes banking product specialists (lending and mortgages), product specialists (funds, advisory, discretionary, SP) as well as wealth planners and sales managers. You will have a complex mix of responsibilities ranging from direct client interactions, internal and external sales over platform as well as ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management and operational ownership. You will be responsible for WM Italy's product shelf, its strategic development as well as identifying, designing and executing sales priorities in partnership with the front. The role requires pro active stakeholder management and networking with internal and external stakeholders such as investment managers, external legal counsel, consulting firms, etc. Your ability to communicate effectively and energize your stakeholder will be fundamental in protecting and growing WM Italy's business in partnership with the market head.
- As the head of A&S in Italy you will be part of the A&S Europe Management Forum as well as the WM Italy Management Forum. You will also be part of the Pricing Committee and join the Branch Risk Committee as an SME.

Your expertise
- ideally 10+ years of experience in Investment Management and/or Product Sales
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent, with a focus on [finance, banking or economics] preferred
- investment thought leader with the ability to energize your stakeholders
- ability to prioritize conflicting requests and deliver under pressure
- organized, precise and focused on outcomes
- fluent in Italian and English
