Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Messaging & Collaboration Engineer to lead the design, management, optimization, and security of our enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with governance mindset, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage complex hybrid environments.

• Design, administer and optimize Exchange Online and Exchange On-Prem environments (hybrid scenarios included).


• Manage mail flow configuration connectors transport rules security policies handle migrations public folders hybrid transitions ensure high availability disaster recovery configurations DAG management performance monitoring capacity planning proactive health checks.


• Troubleshoot complex mail flow authentication issues SPF DKIM DMARC manage Microsoft 365 messaging policies retention compliance features Mimecast platform anti-spam impersonation protection DLP policies email continuity archive incident response support reporting KPIs,
