Job Description:

Role Mission

Reporting to the EMEA Head of Financial Reporting and Consolidation, he/she will support consolidation and controlling activities of the Region.

Key Accountabilities

Analysis on opex, variance vs Budget/Forecast;
Prepare financial reports to explain variance vs Forecasts and Prior year and run simulation of landing of the year /TO GO analysis;
Coordinate information flows from local controllers and other departments, collecting all the necessary data to develop financial analysis;
Supporting in the completion of the Month End Closure activities and preparation of the Month End Reporting Packages for the Regional Finance Department;
Supporting in the preparation of Budget;
Capex control and follow up;
Develop ad hoc analysis for the business.

Key Requirements

Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration;
Minimum 4 + years in a finance role;
Fluent in English;
Proficient in MS Office and HFM;
Problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details;
Excellent analytical skills and experience with complex data management;
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
Collaborative individual able to build solid relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
