We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, Taormina.

The Food and Beverage Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is a key member of the hotels management team.

The Food & Beverage Manager is in charge of all the hotels Food and Beverage venues and plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of all F&B related activities and manifestos and in achieving or exceeding the hotels targets in terms of guest satisfaction, quality assurance and financial metrics for all Food & Beverage related areas.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the short and long term planning and management of the hotels food & beverage operations including restaurants, bar, banqueting and room serviceLeads the roll out of any F&B-related manifestos and global programs Identifies opportunities and develops solutions to enhance the performance for all F&B related topics from a LQA and guest experience perspective Develops and implements practices for cost control Recruits, manages, trains and develops the Food and Beverage team Assists other departments wherever necessary and maintains good working relationships Demonstrates knowledge of all applicable Food and Beverage laws and regulations Upholds current Covid-19 guidance Requirements Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry Passionate about food & beverage Up to date knowledge of F&B trends and best practice Impeccable customer service skills A passion for excellence A hands-on, can-do attitude Fluent in Italian and English (verbal & written), other languages desirable BenefitsCompetitive salary & benefits
