Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Head of Maintenance to lead the maintenance department within our prestigious properties. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the full maintenance operations, ensuring optimal functionality of all facilities and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the condition of all buildings, structures, and MEP systems, ensuring timely repairs and reporting to the corporate technical manager.
• Monitor and maintain guest accommodations, amenities, OS&E, and equipment across both front and back of house.
• Implement and report on the early preventative maintenance program, ensuring timely execution.
• Oversee HVAC, FLS, pools, and recreational facilities, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting.
• Manage the resort's energy conservation program and support capital expenditure works with external contractors.
• Organize internal team shifts and holidays, submitting proposals to the general manager and technical manager.
• Reside on-site or nearby to ensure availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Manage the daily intervention list and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Oversee landscaping activities performed by external companies or internal crew.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by the general manager to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior maintenance position.
• Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
