MARKET ACCESS LEADER


The position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the management of Market Access for Hollister products in Italy, helping to define and implement Market Access strategies that create value for Hollister and the market and that guarantee end users continuous access to products.


Defines Tender strategies and specification shaping, builds and maintains strategic relationships with Market Stakeholders and major Contracting Stations and Purchasing Centres, collaborating with colleagues in the business functions involved on this objective.

It also contributes to the definition and monitoring of Pricing & Reimbursement policies.

  • University degree and good knowledge of the English language;
  • At least 5 years' experience in managerial roles with responsibility for Market Access through Tenders, at national or regional level, gained within international companies in the Biomedical/Health Care market;
  • Solid knowledge of the dynamics of Tenders and Procurement Codes, of the main Contracting Stations and Regional Purchasing Centres;
- xperience in Tender Shaping, Market Access/HTA/Princing mindset;

  • Overall vision, business acumen, focus on objectives;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Negotiation.


The profile is completed by the ability to work in complex international contexts, the aptitude to activate and implement collaborations and partnerships with key market players and with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.


Location:
For the role, availability for travel is required, with residence preferably in the area of Milan.
