Ibis Firenze Nord Aeroporto is actively recruiting one Receptionist / Night Shift (full time). Have you been looking for a job as a Receptionist in a friendly establishment with a talented team? Look no further, it's here on a platter- You will manage many kind of reservations and chain procedures
- You will welcome, serve and satisfy guests during customers' stay and propose our fidelity program ALL
- You can make proposals to improve the quality of service offered to hotel guests, all ideas are welcome.
- You will take care of the guests during their journey until the check out
- You may be required to control check list and procedures.
Qualifications
- Very comfortable dealing with guests
- Problem-Solving skills necessaries
- Attentive to the wellbeing of guests and your team throughout your service, you are caring and multiskilled.
- A bit of a salesman, you like to bring your personal touch in advising guests on Upselling services or simple suggestions.
- The job offer refers to both gender in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 903/77 and Legislative Decree 125/91_
Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Fino a €950,00 al mese
