GEA BU Hom is the global market and technology leader in high pressure homogenization, few time bigger than nearest competitor and still growing strongly. To maintain and enhance this position dedicated product management function was implemented in Jan 2023 headed by a technical sales and service engineer with more than 40 years' experience in high pressure homogenization together with a high skilled and experienced product manager for homogenizing valves and another for another high skilled and experienced product manage leading digitalization and cuttingedge products. The product management team needs one more high skilled and experienced product manager to take charge of high pressure pumps part of our product range and drive it forward.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

Responsible for product management of BU's existing plunger pumps, various ongoing pump product developments and lead future pump products.
With the help of Global sales network, understand market requirements and define changes &/or new product developments required in BU's high pressure pumps.
With help of product development engineering and marketing teams lead the communication with BU's global sale and service network and key customers and launch product to the market.
Support BU Hom Management to develop and implement plans and strategies to expand the customer base.
Coordinate with various departments in the BU to achieve development of product and documentation within budget and schedule meeting with customer and market requirement.

Your profile and qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Mechanical or Chemical engineering from a reputable university.
Minimum 10 years' experience in sales / service / engineering / product development of highpressure pumps in the range of 10 to 300 MPa
Clear preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate deep understanding and handon experience on nonhygienicindustrial & chemical high pressure plunger pumps 200 MPa and above.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian language.
Reasonable Proficient in English language.
Travel Requirement: up to 30% of working time; mostly within Europe and 5 to 10% of working time outside Europe.
Long term oriented in basic thinking with deep professional and personal integrity.
Independent selfstarter and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
A high level of selfmotivation, energy and enthusiasm is essential.
Able to multitask and work under tight schedules
