- Support all activities related to Plants' Quality department: main focus on production process controls
- Support product problems solving
- Manage complaints: analyze the causes of products defects and define improvement and preventive actions in collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing Departments
- Analyze call rate data and suggest improvement actions and implementation follow up
- Participate in developing quality performance reporting systems (through KPIs)
- Analyze process scrap and reworks and identify action plan to reduce them
- Maintain and enhance the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications: ISO 9001 and QMS
- Participate in internal and external audits performed by external quality auditors.
- Master's Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in the main MSOffice tools (Excel)
