MittelCo S.r.l. is an Italian company located in Gorizia with 30 years of experience in the international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in the Adriatic Region and Italy.

We are seeking an experienced FMCG Key Account Manager for Slovenia. As a Key Account Manager, you will develop, maintain, and grow relationships with our key accounts while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic account plans for each key account
• Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to maximize sales opportunities
• Monitor customer performance and provide recommendations to improve sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately and effectively managing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis reports
• Work closely with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management in FMCG & Food industry
• Strong sales negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in Slovenian and English languages; Italian language is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
