Job Description For PostingWhat can you expect?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global insurance broker, in an onsite technical support capacity working on First Line and Second Line queries.
We will count on you to:
- Perform installations, maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of all OpCo desktop hardware/software technologies;
- Perform activations and support iPhone devices;
- Assist with setup and operation of audio visual hardware as required by end user;
- Determine appropriate hardware/software based on corporate policy and end user requirements;
- Respond to incidents within SLA, or within a timely manner; with appropriate level of urgency, and follow up with customers on all issues;
- Escalate incident and question to appropriate support groups;
- Support events, such as infrastructure changes, software releases and BCP etc;
- Provide timely updates to Management about service issues, when appropriate;
- Disconnect, move and reconnect desktop technology hardware for single user, multiuser and office moves;
- Assist administration and maintenance of nondesktop Technology Infrastructure component's at the request of other Service Towers;
- May assist with installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Office Telephony Systems;
- Use corporate Incident Management System to record and track all support work;
- Maintain accurate hardware and software record using, Corporate Asset Management System for all corporate assets;
- Support team's abilities and functions through positive customer relations;
- Contribute to improvement/enhancement of processes and procedures;
- Gain additional knowledge and stays abreast of current technologies through employee and company sponsored training, periodicals and regular interaction with other team members.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree or above;
- At least 3 years experience in IT Technical support roles;
- I.T.I.L. Foundation Certification;
- Knowledge of company desktop operating systems and software;
- Knowledge of standard computer hardware;
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language, both written and spoken;
- Superior customer service skills;
- Ability to work within a team environment.
