    About The Opportunity

    • Teads is looking for a driven and innovative Industry Director to join our team in Milan. In this role, you will take the lead in cultivating high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our presence across Luxury, Beauty and Fashion accounts in Italy.
    This role demands a strong leader who can effectively manage relationships at an executive and C-level while seamlessly aligning with multi-market teams and global stakeholders.
    What will you do?
    • Develop and nurture strong, senior-level relationships with Luxury, Beauty and Fashion advertisers, positioning Teads as a trusted partner in their media portfolios and ensuring our innovative advertising solutions become an indispensable part of their media strategies.
    • Understand client business needs deeply to craft and deliver innovative solutions that align with their objectives and maximize results.
    • Represent Teads in industry events, share best practices, and engage in ongoing knowledge exchange with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Work closely with the sales team to secure Teads' presence in core media plans and activation budgets across client departments, including Marketing, Insights, and Data.
    • Coordinate seamlessly across multi-market teams to align on client needs, ensure consistency in delivery, and uncover new opportunities.
    • Take ownership of client portfolios, working independently to drive growth while aligning with global objectives.
    • Tackle complex challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, bringing insights to both internal and client discussions.
    What will you bring to the team?
    • Solid experience in media or digital advertising, ideally within the Luxury, Beauty and Fashion sectors. A strong network among top marketing and media agencies decision-makers in Italy.
    • Proven ability to establish and foster long-term, meaningful partnerships with senior executives and global stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver best-in-class, tailored presentations for clients.
    • Strong understanding of online video, display, and performance advertising, with an understanding of cross-channel dynamics and trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
    • Skilled in converting business from other media channels and understanding cross-channel dynamics.
