This Opportunity:


Your Impact:


  • Perform ATOC, Command and Control, Ramp Controller, Cape Forecasting, PPR, and Load Planning Function
  • Facilitate maximum aircraft utilization and ontime aircraft departures, including resolving situational issues, gathering, processing, and disseminating information in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI V2, AMCI V6, and other applicable instructions.
  • Meet arriving and departing aircraft, reconcile manifests with onboard cargo and provide outbound cargo briefing to the aircrew.
  • Maintain daily events logs and monitor the 72hour forecast for mission requirements
  • Provide detailed information concerning potential delays, actual delays, or aborts to appropriate agencies/personnel.
  • Establish, coordinate, or maintain all necessary logs and reports mandated by C2/ATOC and terminal operations.
  • Report all aircraft mishaps/incidents and unique events to the appropriate Airlift Control Center and COR personnel.
  • Provide relevant briefings and associated documentation to the aircrew.
  • Execute Emergency Quick Reaction Checklists (QRCs).
  • Monitor and input data into GATES, GDSS / GDSS2, and other systems.
  • Assist with Wing-Walker duties.
  • Create Airlift Capability Schedules.
  • Extract the necessary data from prepublished schedules/amendments and prepare, as a minimum, a daily mission schedule and provide updates.
  • Distribute information to all terminal work centers and other sections as required by Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  • Monitor Cargo Capability and receive/monitor airlift space assignments and control the port management levels by channel based on cargo/passenger backlogs.
  • Inspect and ensure hazardous cargo compatibility.
  • Control opportune airlift and Special Assignment Airlift Mission (SAAM).
  • Coordinate SAAM requirements with users, air terminal work centers, and higher headquarters.
  • Perform supplemental duties in ATOC or other work centers as required by Station Manager.

Who You Are:


Required Qualifications

  • Must have four (4) years of working knowledge in performing information control, ramp control, intransit visibility (ITV), airlift forecasting, records and load planning.
  • Must be proficient in passenger and cargo service operations.
  • Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license from their home country with validity for 12 months from the onsite employment date
  • Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from onsite employment date.
  • Must be eligible to attain appropriate clearance to be on site

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge in performing all with data collection and management that allows execution of the services required.
  • Have extensive experience in GATES systems and be familiar with all air terminal and flightline operations.
  • Maintain appropriate clearances
  • Ability to walk, stand, or sit extended periods of time
  • Successful results of preemployment screenings.
  • Comply with Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.
  • Current certifications covering areas of responsibility are preferred.
